 lyngby_ui_baf2_init  - Ardekani's nuisance F-test, init. of param.

       function lyngby_ui_baf2_init(command,parameter1)
       function lyngby_ui_baf2_init

       This function controls the graphical user interface for the
       initialization/setup of parameters to the Ardekani F-test with
       nuisance subspace.

       'Components' is the number of Fourier-components included in
	             the analysis.
       'Test error-level' is the p-value cut-off value. 
       'Max nuisance subspace' is the maximal size of the nuisance
                    subspace.
