brede_vta_axlabel - Construct VRML Talairach axes labels

SYNOPSIS

function brede_vta_axlabel(file, varargin)

DESCRIPTION

 brede_vta_axlabel    - Construct VRML Talairach axes labels 

       function brede_vta_axlabel(file, ...
           'PropertyName', 'PropertyValue')

       Input:    file       VRML2 filename of file identifier

       Property: DiffuseColor
                 EmissiveColor

       This function constructs a VRML model with Talairach axes
       labels.
