 brede_ta3_eyes       - Construct 3D Talairach eyes

       function h = brede_ta3_eyes('PropertyName', 'PropertyValue') 

       Property: Radius     Radius of the eyeballs. Default is 0.012
                 Position   Position of the center of the
                            eyes. Default is [ 0.035 0.062 -0.038]
                
       Output:   h          Graphic handle

       The eyes fits approximately to the single subject MNI template: 
       spm99/canonical/single_subj_T1.img

       Example:
         figure, brede_ta3_frame
         brede_ta3_eyes
