brede_ta2_digitize

PURPOSE ^

brede_ta2_digitize - Interactive digitization in Talairach

SYNOPSIS ^

function O = brede_ta2_digitize(varargin)

DESCRIPTION ^

 brede_ta2_digitize - Interactive digitization in Talairach

       O = brede_ta2_digitize(varargin)

       Output:   O   Coordinates

       This function allows the user to interactively digitize, ie,
       mark coordinates in, eg, Talairach space.

       Two dimension 'Talairach'-like plots should be constructed
       before this function is invoked. This is done with
       brede_ta2_frame and, eg, brede_ta2_vol functions.

       Points can be marked with the mouse buttons or buttons on the
       keyboard. Finish a slice with the 'Return' key. It is
       unfortunately not possible to undo erroneous entries.

       Coordinates are returned as a Nx3 matrix where N corresponds
       to the number of points marked and the columns are the x, y
       and z coordinates in meters.

       Example:
         V = brede_read_analyze('jerom_cmpr')  % A T1 image from a
                                               % macaque monkey
         slices = -0.013:0.001:0.023;
         brede_ta2_frame('orthotype', 'coronal', 'slices', slices, 'space', 'jerom')
         brede_ta2_vol(V, 'colormap', gray)
