PURPOSE

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

 brede_mat_center     - Centering of a 'mat' structure

       function Mout = brede_mat_center(Min, varargin)

       Input:    Min    'Mat' structure or matrix

       Property: Type   [ {columns} | rows ]

       Output:   Mout   'Mat' structure

       Centering of the matrix in a 'mat' structure, ie, extraction
       of the mean.

       NaN elements are ignored.
