brede_cdf_ncf - Fisher's singly noncentral F distribution

SYNOPSIS ^

function P = brede_cdf_ncf(x, r1, r2, delta1)

DESCRIPTION ^

 brede_cdf_ncf        - Fisher's singly noncentral F distribution

       function P = brede_cdf_ncf(x, r1, r2, delta1)

       Input:  x      Value where the function is evaluated
               r1     Degrees of freedom
               r2     Degrees of freedom
               delta1 The noncentrality parameter

       Output: P      Lower tail area

       Lower tail (cumulated) Fisher's singly noncentral
       F-distribution. 

       Presently implemented via the NCFCDF Matlab function in the
       Statistics Toolbox.

       Input argument 'x' can be a vector.

       Example: 
         % Comparison with R on Unix
         brede_cdf_ncf(.11864^2, 1, 18, 1.25)
         unix('echo "pf(0.11864^2,1,18,1.25)" | R BATCH ; cat .R.Rout')
