                                brain regions
         brede_url_woroi        Internet URL for a WOROI. 

       The 'roi' structure describes a brain region - a "region of
       interest" (ROI). 

       A number of brain regions is described in the XML-file
       xml/worois.xml. This file can be read with the brede_read_xml
       function. The brain regions in the file are uniquely
       determined by the WOROI identifier (the woroi field). 

       A graphical user interface is provided in the brede_ui_rois
       function.

       'Roi' structure:
         R.type = 'roi'    Structure identifier
         R.brainInfo       Identifier for the BrainInfo database
         R.child           WOROI of more specific region
         R.cocomacSite     Identifier for a BrainSite in CoCoMac
         R.description     Short description of the item
         R.hammers         Identifier for the Hammers atlas
         R.meshUid         NIH medical subject headings identifier
         R.name            Name of structure
         R.parent          WOROI of more general region
         R.svarer          Identifier for the Svarer atlas
         R.variation       Variation of name
         R.tzourioMazoyer  Identifier for the Tzourio-Mazoyer atlas
         R.woext           Link to 'external component' Brede
                           identifier 
         R.woroi           Unique Brede database identifier
